BATTE CENTER BOX OFFICE REGULAR HOURS: Tickets to The Batte Center’s events can be purchased in person or by phone from the Batte Center Box Office Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. Tickets may be purchased at the Box Office one hour prior to each performance. Tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to a per-ticket handling charge and NC Sales Tax of 6.75%. Fees apply to non-walkup sales. NC Sales Tax applies to all sales. Some shows have three seating zones so you can pick the ticket price and seat location that works for you. Consult your seat maps or call the box office if you need assistance.
BATTE CENTER BOX OFFICE HOURS DURING SUMMER & HOLIDAY BREAKS: The Batte Box Office window is closed for walkup sales but will accept mail, fax and email orders. Regular Box Office hours resume when school is in session.

Tickets to The Batte Center’s events are also available for purchase online, by phone or in person through CarolinaTix, a service of Blumenthal Performing Arts. CarolinaTix’s hours are Monday through Saturday, from 10am to 6pm. Tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to a per-ticket handling charge.

Please check your tickets carefully for the correct event, date and time. All sales are final and we are unable to exchange tickets between events. Refunds are issued only in the event of artist cancellation. Handling charges are non-refundable. Everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket.
Patrons with electronic pagers, PDA alarms and cell phones are requested to turn them off before entering the facility.
Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Snacks and soft drinks are available in the McGee Rotunda, however, food and beverages are not permitted inside the theatre.
As a courtesy to artists and patrons, latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate interval in the performance.
All Batte Center performance facilities including McGee Theatre, Plyler-Griffin Recital Hall and Austin Auditorium as well as their lobbies and restrooms are handicapped accessible. Service animals are welcome.
