Each year, the performance facilities of Wingate University are used by over 50 groups and organizations to host 700+ events. We are pleased to discuss your ideas for hosting your event at Wingate but please know that these spaces are extremely busy and dates fill up quickly and far in advance, so booking 6-12 months in advance is recommended. If you are interested in possible date availability, please select the appropriate link below and fill out a request form. The request forms apply to all events in: McGee Theatre, Austin Auditorium, Recital Hall and the Rotunda.
It is important to note that your event is not approved until you receive written confirmation from the Batte Center.
- ALL CAMPUS GROUPS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS MUST FILL OUT A REQUEST FORM BELOW.
- THE BATTE CENTER WILL REVIEW YOUR REQUEST AND NOTIFY YOU IF IT HAS BEEN APPROVED OR DENIED.
- GROUPS MAY NOT ADVERTISE EVENTS UNTIL THE EVENT IS CONFIRMED AND CONTRACTED BY THE BATTE CENTER.
